How to write a paper or prepare a poster on rural water supply

One of the objectives of the RWSN Forum is to raise the standard of writing and presentation in the Rural Water Supply sector.  Getting stuff done is vital, but communicating (a) what has been done, (b) how it has been done and (c) what was learned through the process is also important. This allows practitioners to share experiences and learn from each other, and so that non-specialist donors and the public to understand how their money has been spent so that they continue to support the good work that has been done.

After the first round of reviewing submissions we put together some further guidelines to help authors improve their work. This may be developed into further training, so we would love to have your comments and feedback:
